Power Rhythms is a 2-hour, science-backed workshop on how to work with your nervous system, so you stop pushing through your days and start working with your natural energy, focus and recovery rhythms.

Most people try to fix focus and productivity with better systems, tighter schedules, or more discipline (read: force). But your body doesn’t run on calendars, task lists or notifications.

It runs on rhythms.

You can ignore them and can push through... for a while.

But eventually you'll hit brain fog, irritability, energy crashes, shallow breathing, and restless sleep.

When you sync with your internal rhythms, work feels different:

  • Format: Live, interactive 2-hour online workshop

We’ll explore the three biological rhythms that most strongly shape how you feel, think and perform at work:

  • Your circadian rhythm: how light, timing and routines set your energy up for the entire day

  • Your ultradian rhythm: why your focus naturally comes in waves, and why pushing through dips backfires

  • Your respiratory rhythm: how your breath reflects and regulates your nervous system in real time

By the end of the workshop, you’ll have:

  • A clear understanding of how your nervous system works during the workday

  • Practical tools you can apply immediately (no apps, no gadgets)

  • A simple framework to structure your day around energy instead of force

  • Breathing practices you can use in stressful moments, meetings, or before sleep
