From Me to We | A Better Way to Work Together
A new way for groups to think, connect, and move forward together.
Most group conversations follow a familiar pattern:
People introduce themselves, share what they’re working on… and then the real potential in the room stays mostly hidden.
This session is an experiment in doing it differently.
Rather than focusing on pitching, networking, or individual promotion, we use an innovative, AI-supported collective intelligence process to help the group actually sense itself:
• who is in the room
• what people are building or navigating
• what challenges and tensions are shared
• what capacities already exist in the field
• and what questions may be most important to explore together
As each person contributes, the room gradually becomes visible to itself - revealing patterns, overlaps, opportunities, and collective insights that would normally remain hidden.
From there, we move into small, focused breakout conversations designed not as networking rooms, but as collaborative intelligence spaces:
small groups exploring meaningful questions together, identifying patterns, surfacing insights, and generating responses that can be harvested back into the larger group.
No pitching.
No forced networking.
Just a more intentional and intelligent way for groups to think, connect, and collaborate.
