​Every building you walk into today runs on technology — leasing platforms, access systems, energy management, tenant apps — and it likely got built using technology too, from BIM modeling to construction robotics and drones. PropTech and ConTech are the tech stack behind the physical world, from groundbreaking to move-in day, and both are growing fast. For students interested in product, data, or startups who haven't yet considered real estate, this is a way in.
