This workshop is for you !
Reb Xiberras, Prague Integration Therapist and Mental Health Counsellor will take us through what stress is and how to manage it in your student life.
With a little bit of theory, this workshop is intended to be engaging and interactive to give you understanding and tools to better manage any stressful periods ahead of you.

Reb Xibberas, MH counsellor & Psychologist
Reb is a mental health counselor coming from Malta. They graduated with a Bachelor of Psychology (Hons) and then went on to get a Master’s Degree in Integrative Counselling from the University of Malta. Reb is a full-time therapist working with various clientele and also a visiting Lecturer teaching Social Psychology, Psychology of Transitions, Gender Psychology, and Diversity and Social Justice, here in Prague.
Reb has been an activist in the mental health, human rights, and civil liberties fields for over 10 years.
