We’re excited to invite you to a member-led session with Lyndsey, guiding us through Breathe, Stretch & Yoga Flow at Circles House. 🌟
Lyndsey brings a calm, supportive approach to movement. This class is open to all levels. Whether you’re new to yoga or already practice regularly, you’ll leave feeling grounded, stretched, and refreshed. No pressure, no comparison, just mindful movement, steady breath, and a welcoming atmosphere.
Date & Time: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:00 PM
Location: Gym
What to bring: Comfortable workout gear, a mat if you have one, and water.
