Embodied Relating for Tumultuous Times
Climate Week can live in the head - data, panels, urgency. This is an invitation to drop into the body instead.
Join us for an evening of ecocentric movement and honest, real-time sharing. We'll open with guided somatic movement - instinct-led, no experience necessary - exploring what it feels like to move as an embodied earth citizen in this moment. From there, we'll settle into a sharing circle: space for the kind of unscripted, present-tense conversation our collective moment is asking for - collapse and emergence, held together, without easy answers.
Come practice embodying the change you want to see, together.
Facilitated by two climate therapists and members of the Climate Psychology Alliance: Maia Kiley and Emma Nelson.
