​In this session, you'll build a growth plan for your podcast newsletter. We’ll explore how to turn listeners into subscribers, promote your newsletter across your podcast and other channels, and collaborate with fellow creators to reach new readers.

​Arielle and Des will help you identify where your potential subscribers spend time, give them a reason to sign up, and choose growth tactics that fit your goals and available time. You’ll leave with practical ways to promote your newsletter and a plan for testing what works.
