This session is about grounding models in your actual documents and systems so they stop making things up: how RAG keeps answers tied to real source material, how agents reach out to tools like Notion and Slack on your behalf, and why clean Markdown gets you better results than a messy PDF ever will.

​You'll see how document formatting changes what a model can actually do with your content, and leave knowing what "good context" looks like before you ever open a prompt box.

​No coding background needed. This is about literacy and judgment, not development mechanics.
