Phinite Agent Labs: Hyderabad Edition
Agent Labs: Production Edition - Hyderabad
Most teams can ship an agent demo. Almost none can run agents in production with identity, ownership, versioning, observability, and governance on every agent-to-agent call. That gap is the difference between a prompt and an operating system for agents.
This is a working session for the people closing that gap.
Multi-agent systems are moving from single chatbots to a real agent economy: agents calling agents, private agent registries inside companies, discoverable skills published across teams, and personal AI assistants finding and using those skills. This is the same shift the industry made from the API economy to the agent economy and it runs on agentic lifecycle management: build, evaluate, deploy, observe, govern.
Morning — Keynotes & Speaker Sessions The infrastructure the agent economy actually needs, from people building it in production. Plus practitioner sessions on production reliability for agentic systems and agent governance in regulated environments.
Afternoon — Hands-On Build Not a talk. You'll build a multi-agent graph, publish an agent to a private registry, and make a governed agent-to-agent call —the core loop of the agentic lifecycle, end to end.
Bring a laptop. You leave with something you built, not slides.
Who this is for Engineers and engineering leads running agent systems in production or POC. Founders building agent-first products. Platform and eng leaders scoping an agent OS decision for their org.
This edition is curated for practitioners. Company and role are required at registration, and seats are approved individually so the room stays full of people actively building or evaluating agents at work.
What you leave with: a working mental model of the agent economy — private registry, cross-team skill discovery, and governance on every A2A call and a piece of it you built yourself.
