Mon. 11th May 10:00-17:30,

Tue. 12th May 10:00-17:30,

This three day intensive is an introduction of Context Oriented Arts. CoArts form the basis of the innovative new creative mindfulness program 'Coming to Our Senses.'

Coming to Our Senses was piloted with NHS staff at six health boards in Wales and showed a significant impact on measures of wellbeing for those participating.

This course is for practitioners interested in learning how arts can combine with mindfulness practices to help improve our mental health.

It is also the first stage of the Trainer Pathway to qualify to deliver the Coming to Our Senses course. To apply to the trainer pathway please click here

Further information on 'Coming to Our Senses' can be found here - https://www.cynefin.org/coming-to-our-senses

This project is supported by an Arts Council of Wales Arts, Health and Wellbeing Lottery Grant.

Mae’r hyfforddiant dwys tridiau hwn yn gyflwyniad i’r Celfyddydau Gyd-destunnol (Context Oriented Arts). Mae CoArts yn sail i’r rhaglen ymwybyddiaeth greadigol arloesol newydd, Dod nôl at ein Coed (Coming to Our Senses).

Cafodd Dod nôl at ein Coed ei beilotio gyda staff y GIG yn chwech bwrdd iechyd yng Nghymru, a dangosodd effaith sylweddol ar fesurau llesiant i’r rhai a gymerodd ran.

Mae’r cwrs hwn ar gyfer ymarferwyr sydd â diddordeb mewn dysgu sut y gall y celfyddydau gyfuno ag arferion meddwlgarwch i helpu i wella ein hiechyd meddwl.

Dyma hefyd gam cyntaf Llwybr yr Hyfforddwr i gymhwyso i gyflwyno’r cwrs Dod nôl at ein Coed. I wneud cais i Lwybr yr Hyfforddwr, cliciwch yma.

Gellir dod o hyd i ragor o wybodaeth am Dod nôl at ein Coed yma:
