How Alan, Gorgias & Joko Built Their Own AI Agents | Second Opinion by Alan
Every company now has access to ChatGPT, Claude and a growing list of AI tools. Some teams went further and built their own internal AI platform, wired into their codebase, data and tools.
Alan, Gorgias and Joko each made that choice. For one evening, the teams behind these platforms will demo what they built, then join a panel to discuss what worked, what didn’t, and what they would do differently.
The platforms
🩺 Hopper (Alan): started as a coding agent and became the AI companion Alaners use for everyday work, from querying company data and building dashboards to prototyping and shipping pull requests.
🤖 Cortex (Gorgias): started with “talk to your data” and became the company’s AI coworker platform. Any team can build its own agents and automations on a shared context layer.
💸 Joker (Joko): It started as a Slack bot that investigated and autonomously resolved bugs, then evolved into a single agent connected to all of Joko’s code, data, and tools. Every Joko employee uses it for everything from analyzing data to shipping code to production.
Programme

Second Opinion is Alan’s tech event series. It covers problems that one prompt can’t solve, with a second opinion from builders who’ve already solved them.
