The Chocolate Chip Cookie Experiment

​join @alchenny and @thepancakeprincess to learn the science of how to make a great chocolate chip cookie.

Allison and Erika will demonstrate how to make a simple batch of chocolate chip cookies, and participants will split into groups of 2 to make a variation of the original recipe.

At the end everyone will taste each recipe to compare the differences between each cookie.
