Prior to BNY, he held senior technology leadership roles at BlackRock and Morgan Stanley, building deep expertise at the intersection of financial services, technology, and enterprise risk.
Leon brings a unique perspective on how leading financial institutions evaluate emerging technologies, manage cybersecurity and operational risk, and select trusted technology partners. He will share practical insights on building enterprise ready companies and successfully engaging large financial institutions.
