​About the presenter:
Shannon Scandozza is a healthcare simulation educator, instructional designer, and Founder/CEO with 10+ years of experience in academic and clinical simulation. She has held leadership roles at Baylor Scott & White, Texas A&M Health, and Salus at Drexel University, where she built the institution’s first comprehensive Simulated Patient program and served as Interim Director. After relocating to Colorado in 2025, she launched Inspirational by Design®, an educational technology company focused on virtual simulation training that expands access and equity while supporting flexible, on-demand learning.

​About the session:
This interactive workshop provides a hands-on introduction to practical educational technology tools and strategies. Participants will explore real examples, engage in guided activities, and collaborate through discussion and experimentation. By the end of the session, attendees will leave with practical tools, new ideas, and increased confidence to apply educational technology in their own teaching, training, or learning environments.
