3rd Space AI Circle

A 5-week sprint for people already using AI…

…but who know they’re barely scratching the surface.

Most people are “playing” with AI.

  • Asking ChatGPT random questions

  • Testing tools they saw on LinkedIn

  • Saving prompts they never actually use

  • Feeling productive… but not actually changing how they work

It feels useful.
But it’s mostly surface-level.

The truth?

The quiet shift is already happening

The biggest risk isn't that AI replaces your job.

It's that someone sitting next to you learns to use AI better than you do.

They finish projects faster.

They produce better work.

They automate the repetitive parts.

They have more time to think strategically.

The gap won't happen overnight.

It will widen a little every week.

This circle is designed to make sure you're on the right side of that gap.

That’s what 3rd Space Bucharest AI Circle is.

The 3rd Space Bucharest AI Circle is a 5-week curated experience for people in Bucharest who are already using AI, but want to go from dabbling to being dangerously effective.

In 5 weeks, you'll build 1–3 AI workflows that run in your actual work — not saved in a notes app, not "someday."

Running.

This is not a course.
This is not a workshop series.

This is a collaborative lab + social circle for applied AI.

You will learn to use  AI to win back hours in your main job — or  use those hours to build your 3rd space: the side hustle, the hobby you want to turn into a business, the extra revenue stream, the person everyone relies on because you know how to use AI effectively.

This circle is about using AI to make room for it and run it lean — without quitting your job or burning your evenings.

What you’re actually joining

You’re not paying for “AI sessions.”

You’re paying for something very different:

  • Applied AI workflows that you will build for yourself with the help of a guide and start using immediately

  • Access to a curated room of smart, high-signal people

  • Real workflows from people actually using  and building with AI in work and business

  • A structured environment that forces adoption (not just inspiration)

  • A social circle that compounds in value after the lab ends

In other words:

You’re not learning AI. You’re upgrading how you work, surrounded by people doing the same.

Why this works

Over the next few years, AI will become less of a "nice-to-have" skill and more like Excel or Google Search—something people are simply expected to know how to use well.

The difference won't be who has access to AI.

Everyone will.

The difference will be who knows how to integrate it into the way they work.

Most people will spend the next year:

  • watching AI tutorials

  • collecting prompts

  • experimenting occasionally

A much smaller group will quietly:

  • automate repetitive work

  • make better decisions faster

  • build leverage in their careers

  • create side businesses while working full-time

  • Become the person everyone relies on because they know how to use AI effectively.

This circle is for that second group.

Meet your AI Guide

This isn't a workshop led by someone who discovered AI six months ago.

The lab is guided by Ana Toniuc, an AI transformation leader who helps organizations redesign the way they work using AI.

Over the past several years, she's built AI agents, created AI-powered products, designed automations, and helped teams integrate AI into everyday business workflows.

Today, she serves as Head of AI & Digital Transformation in the FMCG industry while also building MindoEdu, a national reading motivation platform for children.

What makes Ana different isn't just technical knowledge.

It's that she's spent her career helping people adapt to change.

Advertising.

Banking.

Consumer healthcare.

Entrepreneurship.

Digital transformation.

Now AI.

She's built this circle around one simple belief:

Learning AI shouldn't end with inspiration.

You should leave with workflows that actually save you time next Monday.

"I've always believed that learning and reinvention are lifelong skills. Every few years I intentionally become a beginner again. AI has simply been the latest chapter. This circle is the practical workshop I wish I'd had when I started—less theory, more building real workflows you can use immediately."

— Ana Toniuc

How it works

(all sessions hosted by Eric Melchor)

Week 1 (Sep 14th) — Kickoff (In Person from 6:45pm-9:15pm)

Meet 15 interesting people over cocktails plus

  • Learn what everyone is working on

  • Get a glimpse of how others are currently using AI

  • Get clarity on the steps you need to do to adopt AI into your workflow

  • Learn how to automate workflows and how to create agents

Week 2 (Sep 21st) — Workflow Breakdowns (Online Google Meetup from 7pm-9pm)

Steal real systems.

  • 3–4 participants show:

    • Their workflow before AI Circle

    • Their workflow after AI Circle

    • What’s still broken

Get on spot feedback from the trainer on how to improve or elevate their workflows , live test and learn . Again. No theory.
Just real usage in real jobs.

Week 3 (Sep 28th) — Padel & Prosecco at Herestrau park (In Person from 6:45pm-9:00pm)

No agenda.

  • Fun playing padel with other members in the circle

  • Have prosecco (or non-alcoholic drinks) while playing

  • Padel court and racket included

This is where everyone in the group starts becoming part of your network.

Week 4 (Oct. 5th) — Build + Iterate (Online from 7pm-9pm)

Did you actually change anything?

  • Share what you implemented

  • What worked

  • What failed

  • Get feedback from the group and hands-on input from the trainer  — we'll fix and improve your workflow together.

This is where most programs fall off.

You won’t.

Week 5 (Oct. 12th) — Demo Night + Closing Social (In person from 6:45pm-9:00pm)

Show your upgrades and new AI workflows while having a cocktail.

  • Before vs after AI workflows

  • Real improvements shared openly

  • Final social gathering

You leave with:

  • Better systems

  • Better habits

  • Better people in your network

  • Becoming the person everyone relies on because you know how to use AI effectively.

Why this is worth it

If this saves you just:

  • 1–3 hours per week

  • 6–18 hours per month

That alone pays back the circle many times over.

But the real value is bigger:

One strong relationship from this room can easily outweigh the cost of entry.

A simple way to think about it

Most workshops sell information.

But the fastest way to get better at AI is to be surrounded by people already using it in real workflows.

Not influencers.
Not theory.
Peers.

One more thing

The best time to build AI habits was six months ago.

The second best time is now.

Every month you delay is another month someone else compounds their advantage.

Simple.

AI is moving quickly.

If you show up consistently and feel this wasn’t worth it, I’ll refund you.

Pricing (EUR)

€319 early signup before August 22nd

€400 standard after August 22nd

Limited spots · Approval required

What you'll need

A laptop and a Claude Pro subscription ($20/month) — it's the tool we build every workflow with. Get it before Week 1; you'll use it from day one.

Why We Built This Lab

Eric uses AI to create time.

Ana helps organizations redesign work with AI.

Together, we've built the kind of AI learning experience we couldn't find ourselves:

  • practical instead of theoretical

  • collaborative instead of isolated

  • focused on real workflows instead of clever prompts

You'll see the exact AI systems we use every week—not demo projects created for slides.

By the end of the lab, you'll have built your own. 🙂

NOTE: This cohort is for entrepreneurs, founders of small teams (1–10 people), and creatives who already use AI casually (ChatGPT, ad-hoc prompts) and want to go from ‘using AI’ to ‘AI doing work for me in the background.’ If you’re already running AI agents in production, building with APIs, or your AI integration is 7+/10, this cohort will move too slow for you.
