Timeline:
Week 1 (Sep 14) — Kickoff in-person
Meet the group. Start building.
Meet interesting people over cocktails.
See how everyone is currently using AI and identify where it can actually save you time.
Week 2 (Sep 21) — Workflow Breakdowns (online meetup)
See what's working for other people.
3–4 members show what they were doing before AI Circle, what they've built since, and what's still broken.
Then we improve the workflows together.
Week 3 (Sep 28) — Padel + Prosecco in-person (AI Circle complete experience)
No AI. Just people.
A relaxed evening playing padel, having a drink, and getting to know the people in your Circle.
Because the best part of a community is the people you meet.
Week 4 (Oct 5) — Build + Iterate (online meetup)
Did you actually change anything?
Bring your workflow back.
Show what worked.
Show what failed.
Get feedback from Ana and the group.
Then make it better.
Week 5 (Oct 12) — Demo Night in-person (AI Circle complete experience)
Show what you built.
Share your before-and-after.
Show the workflows you've created.
Celebrate what changed.
And have one final drink together.

Meet Ana
Ana Toniuc is our AI Guide.
She's spent 15 years in marketing and advertising and has built AI products, agents and automations across multiple industries.
Today she's Head of AI & Digital Transformation at one of Romania's biggest food companies.
She's also building an education platform for kids and teaching people and companies how to use AI in their work.
But the reason we wanted Ana to lead this isn't her résumé.
It's because she actually builds with AI.
Her philosophy is simple:
Less theory. More building things you'll actually use.
