Nous sommes à la recherche de bénévoles pour accompagner des jeunes dans leur préparation à l’entrée dans le monde professionnel. En tant que bénévole, vous jouerez un rôle actif en les guidant à travers différentes étapes clés : simulation d’entrevues, conseils sur la tenue professionnelle, partage de bonnes pratiques en milieu de travail et accompagnement sur la façon de se présenter avec confiance.
Vous serez également amené(e) à échanger directement avec les jeunes, répondre à leurs questions et partager votre propre expérience afin de les aider à mieux comprendre les attentes du monde professionnel.
C’est une occasion concrète d’avoir un impact direct, tout en créant des échanges enrichissants dans un environnement dynamique et bienveillant.

Join us for the Gift of Action Event – Career Workshop with Batshaw!
We are looking for volunteers to support youth as they prepare to enter the professional world. As a volunteer, you will take an active role in guiding participants through key steps of career readiness, including conducting mock interviews, providing advice on professional attire, sharing workplace best practices, and helping them build confidence in how they present themselves.
You will also engage directly with participants by answering questions and sharing your own experiences to help them better understand professional expectations.
This is a hands-on opportunity to make a direct impact while creating meaningful and engaging connections in a supportive environment.
