Deep Body ® ~ Somatic dance in the park (ENG)
Guided journey through intuitive movement, breath, touch, and voice.
This somatic dance class is an invitation to reconnect with your body, explore your inner landscape, and deepen your connection with the Earth through guided somatic practices.
Rooted in the Deep Body Method®, an embodiment framework that supports connection across all dimensions of human experience: cognitive, physical, emotional, sensual, social, intuitive, expressive, and archetypal.
This practice cultivates greater aliveness, authenticity, belonging, and pleasure.
Participants often experience:
greater mobility
improved emotional regulation
increased self-awareness and clarity
enhanced creative expression
deep relaxation
a stronger sense of joy and vitality.
My approach is earth-based, decolonial, intersectional, and trauma-aware.
💛 ACCESSIBILITY
Open to adults (18+) of all fitness levels, mobility levels, and movement backgrounds.
No previous experience with dance, embodiment, or somatic practices is required.

Garten der Sinne, a magical and secluded corner of Hamburg's Stadtpark, surrounded by nature.

Fridays 08:30–09:45
Starting June 17th, classes take place twice a week throughout the summer, weather permitting.
You are welcome to join regularly or drop in whenever it feels right. Each session is a complete experience in itself, and there is no commitment to attend every class.

As classes take place outdoors, weather-related changes or cancellations may occur. In that case, participants will be notified by email.
❌ CANCELLATIONS
Please note: If your plans change and you can no longer attend, please cancel your reservation via lumaat least 48 hours before the class begins. Your ticket will be refunded.
🌳 IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT THE LOCATION
Garten der Sinne, our meeting location, is not a yoga studio. it's an outdoor gathering location in Stadtpark (Hamburg).
Please note that amenities such as toilets, drinking water, changing rooms, and equipment are NOT available on site.
Wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement and the weather. Layers are recommended.
Wear comfortable shoes.
Bring your own drinking water.
Mats and props are not needed.
Please arrive a few minutes early so you have time to find the location.
