Seattle’s Flagship Startup Hiring Event
The Seattle Startup Hiring Festival is back! Once again we'll bring together 30+ startups and ~200 job seekers for an afternoon of matchmaking, conversation, and in-person connections.
Here’s how it works: once your startup registers, MeeBoss will get your open roles live within 48 hours. Our match-first, chat-first platform connects you directly with qualified candidates ahead of time so you can begin conversations online before the event. Then, at the festival, you’ll meet those candidates face-to-face at your booth, alongside new walk-ups who discover your team on the spot.
To keep things flowing smoothly, the hiring block runs for three hours straight. While some job seekers step out for lunch or attend the panel discussion, others stay engaged at the booths. Creating a natural rotation and steady candidate flow without overwhelming lines. Please bring more then one person to support your booth.
This streamlined format guarantees high-quality interactions while giving you the buzz, PR spotlight, and networking energy of a full-day festival, but without requiring your team to commit an entire day.
How It Works for Startups

MeeBoss schedules your onboarding call
After registration, the MeeBoss team will contact you to confirm details.
During this call, we’ll:
Collect your job descriptions (paste links, upload docs, or we'll help write them for you).
Build your company profile and post your jobs live.
Jobs go live within 48 hours
Once live, your roles are matched automatically with top candidates on MeeBoss.
Chats begin with your curated matches.
Job seekers registered for the festival will also be able to reach out.
Day of the Festival
You’ll host a booth for the day.
Meet candidates you’ve already engaged online, plus new walk-ups.
Before & after the hiring block all attendees gather a for discussion panel, buffet lunch, and networking.
After the Event
Keep conversations active in MeeBoss chat.
Many startups leave the Hiring Festival with their next hires in place.

What happens after I register?
Once you register, a MeeBoss team member will reach out to schedule a quick call. During that call, we’ll collect your open job descriptions, get your company profile set up, and post your jobs live on the MeeBoss platform. Within 48 hours, your roles will be live and we'll begin matching you with candidates.
Is MeeBoss booking interviews for me?
No. MeeBoss provides matchmaking and direct chat, but you control your interview invites. You’ll see your matches, start conversations, and then invite the candidates you’re most interested in to a 10-minute interview during your hiring block.
Do I need to be at the event all day?
Your booth will be open the entire hiring session so candidates know exactly when you’re available. Lunch and the panel are built into the same block, so you don’t need to manage multiple time slots.
Of course, you’re welcome to arrive early or stay after to network with other startups, partners, and candidates.
What should I bring for setup?
Tables (approx. 3x5) will be provided with your company name displayed. You’re welcome to bring lightweight branding like a table runner, pop-up banner, or small giveaways (stickers, swag, etc.). Think of it as making your brand presence visible, not a space for large demos or investor decks
Will I get a list of all candidates attending?
No, MeeBoss is a match-first platform. You’ll see only your matched candidates in the system, and conversations begin there. Attendees outside your matches may also approach your booth during the festival.
Do I need to bring my whole team?
Two or three representatives is plenty. We recommend bringing at least one person who can answer role-specific questions and one who can run conversations at the booth.
