Regulated AI Agents with DORA & NIS2

​AI agents are entering production in regulated institutions, and Europe's rulebooks already apply: DORA makes operational evidence contractual, and NIS2 extends the duty to critical sectors. This session walks through what supervisors will actually ask of deployed agents: who authorized this agent, and can you prove what it did, and the evidence layer that answers, grounded in a three-paper research series and live reference implementations. Practitioner-level, live demo included.

Meet our speaker
Mr. Amin Hasbini is an AI and cybersecurity executive, working independently on AI agent security and post-quantum maturity. He previously directed Kaspersky's global threat research for the META region across 70 countries, where he built the AI system that today generates half of the company's threat intelligence. He has been consulted by the French Senate (OPECST) on AI developments and has worked with three Interpol Secretary-Generals. He carries the PQC and crypto-agility roadmap of the European Champions Alliance's cybersecurity group and publishes the PQC-for-AI-agents research series. mahasbini.org
