About Event

Join us for the Community Connect, Montgomery College’s signature biotech networking event hosted by the Pinkney Innovation Complex for Science + Technology (PIC MC).

OVERVIEW

Every sector in this region is being reshaped by new technology. The question is who will build what comes next, and whether we're ready for them.

This morning brings the region's leaders face to face with the talent they'll be hiring, mentoring, and competing for. Across life sciences, healthcare, cybersecurity, and advanced manufacturing and aerospace, executives and emerging talent sit down together to talk about what's changing, what it takes to build a career at the forefront, and what the next generation needs from the people already in the room.

Join us for

  • Four fireside conversations. One per sector, each pairing a senior executive with a rising professional for an honest exchange about where the industry is headed and who will lead it there.

  • Pathways Showcase. Student projects, research, and work in progress from Montgomery College and the universities its students go on to, including the Universities at Shady Grove and UMD. See the region's talent pipeline in action, from first classroom to first career.

Whether you're hiring, mentoring, or building the pipeline your industry depends on, this is where you meet what's next.
