About Event
​In this workshop series, you will have the opportunity to learn ancient techniques of washing, carding, and dyeing wool with natural products from Zapotec textile artisan Vero Mendoza. Please join us in honoring the memory of Vero’s mother, Angela Mendoza, and their dream to share Zapotec weaving with the world! Each participant can bring a small 100% cotton garment of your choice to dye so you can experience the magic of natural plant dyes. Size limited to 12 x 12 x 12.
