A night with full welcoming energy to be yourself.
We’re going to dance, laugh, cheer each other on and have a damn good time.
No choreography. No pressure. No need to look cute while doing it.
Just move your body, shake your booty and let the week fall off.

We’ll use our voices with fun, feel-good affirmations that remind us of the things we sometimes forget: “I GOT THIS”
🌙 Slow It Down
After all the dancing, laughing and cheering, we’ll bring things down a notch.
We’ll finish with a short, easy meditation to slow things down, catch your breath, and leave with your cup feeling a little fuller than when you walked in. ✨
