About Event

CCC Atlanta is proud to host “Convergence” at 2500 Windy Ridge Parkway, one of Atlanta’s premier Class A office environments, co-hosted by Workspace Property Trust.

Convergence reflects the deliberate intersection of institutional capital, vertically integrated operators, and market leaders across multiple asset classes — bringing together experts in industrial, multifamily, office, hospitality, and private capital for one elevated evening of cross-sector insight.

In a market where capital is fluid and strategy overlaps across product types, this format creates space for meaningful dialogue around where opportunity is forming — and how asset classes increasingly influence one another.

Guests will also have the opportunity to participate in guided tours of the property.

Private security will be facilitated by PGS USA, and a portion of proceeds will benefit a local Atlanta-based 501(c)(3) charity.

Attendance is intentionally limited to owners, developers, investors, family offices, lenders, brokers, and executive-level professionals across commercial real estate and construction.
