About Event
How can you best speak to elected officials to help them reduce emissions, remove climate pollution, and protect people? Citizens Climate Lobby Atlanta Chapter will train you to talk about climate change in effective ways that can promote the actions that make a difference. CCL state Co-Coordinator Henry Slack will lead this session.
Coffee and snacks will be provided at the start of this session. FREE.
Citizens' Climate Lobby is a network of over 400 Chapters in the US that focus on climate bills in Congress. Since 2020, Congress has passed 10 different bills they lobbied for (https://citizensclimatelobby.org/about-ccl/accomplishments/).
Participants are invited to stay for the Atlanta Chapter meeting at 11:15 and a sandwich lunch.
