Three Wise Women

The following terms and conditions apply to all companies and or persons or other entities (“you”) that are attending any workshop (“Workshop”) organised by Three Wise Women (“we” or “us”). Please ensure you have read and understand the following:

1.1 By completing the registration form for a Three Wise Women workshop, you are agree to the terms and conditions set out below and they will be incorporated into the contract between us (“Contract”). You will ensure that any person attending the workshop on your behalf shall comply with these Terms.

1.2 The Contract is formed when we send you a booking confirmation.

2.1 The fee for attending the Three Wise Women workshop (“Registration Fee”) will be as stated on the registration form. Prices are exclusive of VAT except where expressly stated otherwise. All payments for the Registration Fee must be made in full at the time of completing the registration form.  Payment will be made via bank transfer or via our merchant account provider (and you consent to us passing your necessary details to the merchant account provider and to them processing necessary information about you) or directly to our bank account, as notified to you.

2.2 We reserve the right to run price promotions as we deem fit.

3.1 Tickets for all workshops are sold as non-refundable except in the eventuality of cancellation or postponement / venue change set out below.

3.2 If you are unable to attend the workshop, please email us at 

 with the name of a substitute to attend the workshop on your behalf and on receipt of this email we shall make such substitution and confirm their attendance.

3.3 If you are late arriving for the workshop or prevented from attending the workshop (regardless of fault), we shall not be obliged to provide you with a refund or to delay the start the workshop. 

4.1 In the event that we have to cancel a workshop, we will provide a full refund, making every effort to do so within 30 days of the date of cancellation.

4.2 Should circumstances occur whereby we need to postpone a workshop or change the venue at which a workshop is to be held, we shall advise you as soon as feasibly possible. If the postponement is for more than six months after the publicised date of the workshop or the replacement venue is more than 50 miles away from the publicised venue, you may cancel your ticket by emailing 

 we shall provide you with a full refund.

5.1 We reserve the right to change the published programme (including the publicised speakers) or materials as we think fit or deem necessary

6. Cancellation and Postponement liability

6.1 The sole liability of Three Wise Women in relation to any cancellation, postponement or change of venue shall be limited to the price paid (the Registration Fee) for the workshop. Three Wise Women shall not be liable under any circumstances for any consequential losses, including but not limited to travel costs, accommodation or any other.

7.1 The Contractor shall not be considered in breach of this Agreement to the extent that performance of the obligations outlined herein is prevented by an event beyond the control of the Contractor, including but not limited to a state of war, riot, civil disorder, fire, industrial dispute or strike, accidents, energy failure, equipment breakdown, delays in shipment by suppliers or carriers, action of government or civil authority, pandemic and acts of God or other causes beyond the control of the attendee or the Contractor.

8.1 Unless otherwise stated, the copyright and intellectual property rights for any promotional materials and any materials used at the workshop (including, but not limited to, course notes, slides, brochures, articles and case studies) belongs to Three Wise Women and may not be reproduced in any medium or shared with anyone without our prior written consent.

9.1 Three Wise Women and representatives of the venue may wish to photograph or film the workshop and reserve the right to do so for the purposes of promoting future workshops or otherwise. You consent to us (or any other substitute person attending the workshop) photographing or filming you and any persons attending the workshop with you. If you do not consent to being photographed and / or filmed, contact  

 prior to the start of the workshop explicitly stating your wishes in this regard.

9.2 You may not photograph or video the workshop without our prior consent.

10.1 Three Wise Women accept no liability for any damage to, loss of or theft of any of your belongings or other items brought to the workshop by you.

10.2 You are solely liable for any damage caused by you, your substitute attendee to any part of the venue (including the exterior & all outside areas, all inside walls, flooring, fixtures & fittings) and shall fully reimburse Three Wise Women or the venue, by agreement, in relation to any damage so caused.

10.3 Every reasonable precaution is taken by Three Wise Women to ensure security and safety at the workshop. We shall not in any way be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you whatsoever in relation to the workshop, save that nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to limit the liability of any person for death or personal injury caused by negligence, any fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability for which it is unlawful to exclude or limit liability.

10.4 Three Wise Women's total liability for any matter arising out of the Contract shall in all circumstances be limited to the price paid by you for the workshop and we shall not in any circumstances be liable to you for any consequential loss whatsoever.

10.5 In offering this workshop, no person is providing you with legal advice or acting as your solicitor or legal counsel. We are providing you with industry-specific expertise, training, template documents and guidance. 

The Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English Law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales, to which both Parties submit.

NB. This workshop is being hosted on the first floor of a historic building. Unfortunately, this space cannot accommodate wheelchair users. Attendees will need to climb one flight of stairs to reach the Assembly Room at The Griffin.

Amersham station is the nearest to our venue for this workshop, The Griffin, and is a five minute taxi drive away. Amersham is served by the Metropolitan Line (approx 40mins from Baker Street) or the Chiltern Line (Aylesbury Parkway branch) from Marylebone. The station is in Amersham-on-the-Hill: approximately a 15 minute walk downhill to the venue, or slightly longer uphill if you are planning to walk back to the station afterwards.

The Griffin is less than five minutes' walk from Amersham Old Town Car Park / RingGo location 9025.
