The checkout button is disappearing. AI agents are already discovering, deciding, and transacting on behalf of customers — without a human in the loop. For payments leaders, commerce executives, and enterprise CIOs, this isn't a future state. It's an infrastructure decision happening right now.

The question isn't whether agentic commerce arrives. It's whether your payments stack, fraud systems, identity layer, and customer experience architecture are ready when it does — or whether you're one bad design decision away from being on the wrong side of it.

What you'll leave with

A clear view of how agentic AI is reshaping payments infrastructure — and what that means for your platform bets in 2026 and beyond

How enterprise leaders are redesigning fraud prevention for a world where the buyer isn't human — and traditional behavioral signals no longer apply

What digital identity and trust look like at the point of agent-to-agent transaction — authentication, authorization, and real-time verification without a human in the loop

How CX, loyalty, and personalization are being rethought when AI completes the journey before the customer opens the app

Which commerce and payments architecture decisions made today will accelerate — or block — your AI roadmap through 2028

CXO Panel:

Panel Moderator:
Dhiraj Sharda
Sr Director, Product
Dhiraj Sharda leads product strategy for payouts, payments, and identity at Blackhawk Network, a $1.8B global branded payments platform operating across 26 countries. His career spans 15+ years across Silicon Valley's most consequential fintech and consumer technology companies — Director of Product at Visa, product leadership at IAC (Expedia, Match, Tinder), AT&T, and Chief Digital Officer at Airtel Payments Bank, where he launched India's first mobile SDK for personal loan origination. He holds patents in actionable notifications and intelligent coupon ranking systems, and an MS from Stanford University. Dhiraj brings the full arc — payments infrastructure, consumer product, and emerging market scale — to every conversation about where AI and fintech intersect.

Panel Speaker:
Andy Singh
Founder & CEO, Teqfocus

Andy Singh is a seasoned technology and business leader helping enterprises translate AI, data, and platform investments into real operational outcomes, with a strong focus on CX, GTM transformation, and execution at scale.

Pradnesh Kulkarni
Sr. Director, Global Head of Product Solutions & GTM, Visa

Pradnesh Kulkarni leads Global Product Solutions and GTM for Visa's digital products — the infrastructure layer that powers how the world pays. With 12+ years at Visa, he's led product for Visa Token Service and Click to Pay, and drove the partnerships that brought Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and Google Pay to market. He holds an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management.

Krystal G.
Founder, a-comm.ai

Krystal is building at the frontier of agentic commerce — focused on a question the industry is only beginning to ask: as AI agents browse, decide, and buy on behalf of consumers, who represents the merchant? Her path runs from Wells Fargo, Citi, and Morgan Stanley through payments at Visa, where she worked on Visa Intelligent Commerce. She now engages with JPMorgan and the UK's FCA on the regulatory frameworks being drafted around agentic commerce today.

Aparna Krishnan Girish
Co-Founder & CPO, PayOS

Aparna Krishnan Girish co-founded PayOS — the first card-native payments infrastructure built for AI agents — partnered with Mastercard and Visa Intelligent Commerce at launch. Her conviction: agentic commerce won't scale without fixing payments first. Before PayOS, she spent a decade at Visa defining global standards for QR payments and secure remote commerce, contributed to the EMV Secure Remote Commerce Task Force, and holds multiple patents in payment tokenization. A National Institute of Technology Calicut graduate with nearly two decades in payments, she brings the infrastructure perspective most agentic commerce conversations are missing.

Product Demo:
Nagendra Shukla
Founder, unBound AI

Nagendra Shukla spent years building products at Visa, AT&T, and across global consumer brands — and kept running into the same problem: software that made people adapt to it, not the other way around. He founded unBound AI to fix that — building a conversational commerce platform where answers replace search, conversations replace clicks, and the interface finally understands the person using it. He also teaches Professional Leadership in the Age of Intelligence — which means he thinks as hard about how humans lead through this shift as how the technology works.
