​In this interactive talk, Kelly Kirk (founder of Kelly Tutors: children's media/edutainment cultural revolution!) will explain how small businesses and startups can create meaningful, education-based internships, even without huge budgets or HR departments.

​We’ll talk about finding interns, creating worthwhile projects, providing actual mentorship, and using AI to make the process easier - not to eliminate the human being you could be teaching!!

​Because yes, AI is useful. But maybe we shouldn’t let it take over the entire economy and remove every opportunity for people to learn how to work!!!
