​After an amazing first meetup, the TechGym Managers Community is back for its second physical gathering! We’re moving from managing clusters and pipelines to the most complex system of all: People.

​We are thrilled to host Maya Koren, who will share her unique "People Engineering" methodology. Mia will dive into how to tackle interpersonal challenges and team dynamics using an engineering mindset—structured, logical, and results-oriented.

• ​18:00 - 18:45 | Networking: Gathering at the Hush Security offices. This is the time to sync on the "important" stuff: How many days a week is everyone actually in the office? Who got the cool new AI coding license? And of course—snacks and cold beers.

• ​18:45 - 19:30 | People Engineering: Solving Human Challenges with an Engineering Mindset by Maya Koren.

• ​19:30 - 20:30 | Mingling: More drinks, deeper debates, and catching up with your peers.
