​About the Event

​Join us for an intimate, interactive evening designed to help women recognize, articulate, and fully own the value they've already created in their careers and lives. Led by Kristin-Marie Pernicano and co-facilitated by Sara Lyon, this event will explore confidence, capability, and identity through practical frameworks and guided reflection to initiate a conversation women rarely get to have — one that starts with giving yourself credit. The experience will then flow into shopping, networking, and personalized styling with the M.M.LaFleur team, where guests will translate insight into presence.

​Meet the Event Hosts

​Kristin-Marie Pernicano

​Kristin-Marie Pernicano ("KP") is the founder and principal of KMP Consulting, LLC, where she serves as a fractional COO and strategic advisor helping founders and executives build sustainable growth. With 15+ years of cross-industry consulting experience, 12 years teaching at NYU, and a career foundation in institutional finance at Goldman Sachs, Citigroup, and Merrill Lynch, KP brings operational rigor and immense empathy to every engagement.

​She recently launched a series of digital courses called Business Decoded, making her proven frameworks accessible to entrepreneurs at every stage. KP is also a breast cancer survivor, fitness enthusiast, favorite auntie, fur baby mama, avid reader, and a firm believer that a good scotch (neat) with great friends solves most things a framework can't.

​Sara Lyon

​Sara Lyon is the founder of Glow® Birth & Body, a perinatal luxury spa that has served over 15,000 clients across NYC, Chicago, and the Bay Area since 2010. With a career built  in Australia and America as a prenatal massage therapist, doula, and childbirth educator, Sara brings deep clinical expertise and genuine warmth to every aspect of her work.

​Sara expanded her offering in 2018 with the publication of The Birth Deck and You've Got This, and the development of The Birth Deck App, making her proven approach to perinatal support accessible to families everywhere. Sara continues to grow Glow with new services and programming, applying the same conviction to business decisions that she brings to client care.

​Sara is a proud University of Michigan alum and a mother to two lovely humans + one absolutely ridiculous standard poodle.
