About Event

Claude Cowork Masterclass: Stop Chatting. Start Delegating.

Bring the work that eats your week. Leave with automation that does it for you.

You already use Claude or ChatGPT to write, summarise, research and analyse.

But you're probably still doing the work: finding the files, moving information between documents, checking spreadsheets, preparing reports, creating presentations, and prompting AI one step at a time.

This one-day, hands-on workshop is about changing that.

Bring a real piece of work you repeatedly do.

During the day, you'll turn it into a repeatable Claude Cowork workflow that can work across your files and tools, follow your instructions, produce real deliverables, and stop where your judgement or approval is required.

October 15 · Barcelona · 12 seats · 2 instructors · Your own workflow

👥 Who it's for

Consultants · Finance & Accounting · Operations · Analysts · Founders · Legal & Professional Services

My working week disappears into documents, spreadsheets, research, analysis, reports, presentations and recurring processes.

You don't need to know how to code.

You do need to be comfortable using AI and have real work you would like to stop doing manually, step by step.

🧳 What you'll work on

Your own work and not a classroom exercise.

Bring something you repeatedly do.

For example:

Client work
Research a company → analyse the information → prepare a brief or proposal.

Finance
Take recurring spreadsheets → analyse changes → explain variances → produce a management report.

Consulting & research
Read a collection of documents → extract evidence → compare options → produce a recommendation.

Legal & professional services
Review documents → extract clauses or information → compare against standards → prepare a first-pass analysis for human review.

Operations
Collect information from different sources → reconcile it → identify exceptions → prepare a report and actions.

Management
Turn meeting notes, documents and updates into decisions, actions, follow-ups and briefing material.

Before the workshop, we'll help you choose one workflow small enough to transform during the day but useful enough that you'll actually use it again.

❓ FAQ

Can my company pay? Can I get an invoice?
Yes. Company invoicing with VAT details is available. If several people from your company are attending, multiple seats can be purchased together.

Do I need to know how to code?
No. This workshop is about professional workflows, not software development.

Do I need Claude Cowork experience?
No. You should already be reasonably comfortable using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT.

Can I bring confidential company information?
We will show you how to think about permissions, data boundaries and what should—and should not—be given to an AI system. If your organisation has AI or data policies, you must follow them. We can also structure workshop exercises around representative or sanitised material.

I'm a developer. Should I attend this or Claude Code?
If your goal is to build software, the October 8 Claude Code Masterclass is the better fit. If your problem is automating or delegating knowledge work across files, documents and business processes, choose Cowork.
