Growing employee ownership across Washington state: Day 1 Roadshow EO business site visit & reception
Join us for an exclusive, hands-on look at employee ownership in action! Co-hosted by Ownership Capital Lab and the Washington Center for Employee Ownership (WACEO), we are kicking off our 2-day Seattle Roadshow with a site visit to a local employee-owned business.
We will begin the afternoon with a tour of the site and hear directly from the worker-owners who drive its success. Following the tour, we will host a moderated Q&A featuring leaders from 3–5 additional regional employee-owned businesses to discuss on-the-ground realities, their wins and operational insights.
After our structured programming, we invite you to stay for a networking reception in the same space. Connect with fellow attendees, meet local business owners and delve further into the Washington EO movement.
4:00 PM to 4:30 PM Arrive and mingle
4:30 PM to 5:30 PM: Presentation and moderated Q&A
5:30 PM to 7:00 PM: Networking and reception. Enjoy provided beverages and small bites.
