​About the speaker

​Tingxi is a veteran tech leader and serial entrepreneur. Tingxi is the former director of software engineering at Nvidia Vietnam. In his position, Tingxi was leading teams that are working on Nvidia's AI inferencing and application stack.

​Prior to Nvidia, Tingxi is the co-founder and Chief Product Officer at OhmniLabs.

​Synopsis

​AI coding today is synonymous with vibe coding—great for experimentation, but insufficient for production where quality and constraints are critical. To go beyond the vibe, leaders must help their teams shift from being coders to orchestrators.

​In this talk, Tingxi will cover the pitfalls of vibe coding, introduce a three-stage framework and explain how to put these practices into action within your organization. ​The framework is meant for for properly utilizing AI assisted coding for real code bases. It is a system developed by Jared Go, Tingxi's co-founder at Ohmnilabs.
