Nipapat Phuakyod is an experienced regulatory affairs and quality assurance professional in the global medical device industry. She currently serves as Managing Director at Forefront Systems Co., Ltd , where she supports regulatory compliance and quality system oversight for Medical device and IVD products. With a background that includes roles as RAQA Manager at Venner Medical PTE (2014-2020), Senior Manager of Quality & Regulatory Affairs at Forefront Medical PTE (2011–2013) and Professional Affairs Manager at Johnson & Johnson Thailand (2014), she has built deep expertise in device regulation and compliance across multiple markets. Nipapat is also recognized as a specialist consultant and speaker on Thai FDA and ASEAN regulatory pathways, presenting at regional industry forums such as the 2025 Medical Device Compliance and Market Access Workshop. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, grounding her regulatory work in strong scientific foundations.

Jack Wong has over 26 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical and MedTech sectors. He is the Founder of the Asia Regulatory Professionals Association (ARPA), a leading not-for-profit organization dedicated to advancing regulatory education in Asia, now with a community of over 7,000 members. Jack is the author of the "Medical Regulatory Affairs Handbook," now in its 4th edition, widely regarded as a key reference in the field. He also serves as an Adjunct Professor and Lecturer at several prestigious institutions, including the Chinese University of Hong Kong, The University of Hong Kong, National University of Singapore, and Tohoku University in Japan. Currently, Jack is the CEO of RNAscence, a biotech start-up spun off from Nanyang Technological University and the National Skin Centre Singapore, focused on cutting-edge RNA-based innovations.
