Tandem: Company of one, between AI and agency
You've chosen to stay small by design, yet AI is changing what that means. It promises to amplify your work, but you're wondering: What is actually possible with it? How do I keep agency? What could I delegate to these new tools and how?
We're gathering fellow company-of-one practitioners in Berlin for a curated and intimate dinner about craft, delegation, and staying above the line.
Bring your questions, your experiments, and your honest thoughts. Only 12 seats for the beta dinner (not for profit event, expect probably 35 euros for the stylish room and food - cooking is why I chose to delegate for this evening!).
About the curator: Margaux Pelen is the founder of episcope, a Berlin-based strategy studio at the intersection of AI, work, and learning. Over the past 15 years, she's helped organizations of all sizes navigate new technology with healthy critical thinking. She's a graduate of HEC Paris, Telecom Paristech and Singularity University.
Her conviction: AI requires a third path, neither growth-at-all-costs nor single, static approach, but staying above the line, eg, remaining the decision maker about what you delegate and what stays in your hands.
Tandem is an experimental answer: a community of "companies of one" committed to preserving agency through intentional delegation and sovereign craft in an age of AI abundance.

I can't make it to this event. How do I stay updated for future events?
Follow episcope on luma, there'll probably be more.
