AI and the Human Advantage: A 4.0 Leadership Workshop
AI has not diminished the need for leadership. It has raised the stakes. As technology increasingly handles analysis, prediction, optimization, and execution, the distinctly human capabilities of clarity, discernment, agency, and conviction become more valuable than ever.
AI LA is thrilled to welcome Amy Blackman, Principal and Founder of Fruition Co., for this interactive leadership workshop that will help executives and their teams navigate AI-accelerated complexity by strengthening five essential capabilities: attention, agency, abstraction, augmentation, and alignment. Participants will learn to separate signal from noise, use AI to enhance rather than replace human discernment, frame the right problems, make consequential decisions, and align teams around a clear direction.
Through practical exercises, assessment, and facilitated discussion, participants will leave with a shared leadership language, an evaluation of their organization's current maturity, and a focused 90-day action plan. The result: leaders who recognize opportunities sooner, make stronger decisions faster, and lead with conviction as complexity compounds.
This is not AI tools training. It is leadership development for an AI-accelerated world.

What to Bring
Come prepared with a current challenge from your own work;- one where the path forward feels unclear despite having access to data and technology.. A pen and notebook are required, a laptop is not.
