Build your Agent Factory: AgentOps on Amazon Web Services

​This session introduces AgentOps, the discipline of operationalizing agentic AI at scale, and shows how Amazon Bedrock AgentCore provides the foundations for building an Agent Factory on AWS. We walk through four pillars, governance, operations, evaluations, and observability. You’ll follow the journey from DevOps to AgentOps: CI/CD pipelines, tool lifecycle management, and monitoring patterns.

Her experience spans the entire AI lifecycle, from collaborating with organizations training cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) to guiding enterprises in deploying and scaling agentic AI applications powered by these models.

​Max Droog-Hayes - AI/ML Specialist Solutions Architect -

​Max is an AI/ML Specialist Solutions Architect at AWS, where he works with customers in the energy and utilities space across UKI. He holds a PhD in machine learning and natural language processing, with deep experience building custom neural network architectures and fine-tuning classifiers for speech and text. Having applied AI in regulated industries, he now focuses on guiding enterprises through responsible adoption of foundation models and AI agents.
