SOLD OUT! The best is yet to come: an Evening about Perimenopause
What This Evening Is About
Perimenopause often sneaks up on you. Mood shifts, poor sleep or a feeling of being “off” can creep in. And still, many women don’t realize these are hormonal changes.
This evening is about giving language and visibility to that in-between phase. Together, we’ll explore:
Why early signs are easy to overlook
When and how to start listening to your body
What it means to shift from confusion to clarity and take an active role in your midlife health
At the end of the event, we’ll share how you can join an ETH Zurich–backed Citizen Science Study led by Meno Swiss.
Speakers & Conversations
This evening centers on an open and insightful conversation between three women who work daily at the intersection of hormonal health, patient care and emotional support.
Dr. Kathrin Kern & Dr. Alina Staikov – Gynecologists
Both are practicing gynecologists with extensive experience supporting women through the transitional stages of perimenopause and menopause. They bring clinical clarity to what’s often a confusing time, helping women make sense of changes in mood, cycle and energy that are too often dismissed.
Claudia Brett – Menopause Coach
With years of one-on-one coaching experience, Claudia understands how hormonal shifts impact every aspect of a woman’s life, from sleep and stress to relationships and work. Her perspective bridges the emotional, physical and social aspects of this phase.
Together, they’ll explore questions like:
Why is it so hard to recognize early perimenopause?
What signs are worth paying attention to?
How can we start listening to our bodies differently?
When is the right time to shift our approach to health?
Expect an honest, relatable, and expert-led conversation — one that helps you feel more informed, more seen and more equipped to move forward with clarity.
Additionally, Aga Pieczko, co-founder of Meno Swiss, will introduce the ETH-backed citizen science study, sharing how women can take part in shaping the future of perimenopause research in Switzerland.
