What we'll cover:
1. Getting started with Claude
Install and set up Claude together, step by step
Learn the basics: what Claude Projects, Skills, and connectors are, and how to use them
Set up your own Claude workspace ("Project"), trained on your business — your voice, your offerings, your customers
2. Plan your site
Work out what your site actually needs to do, and what visitors should see first; Map your structure: homepage, about, services/products, contact
Generate your homepage copy and messaging using AI, built from your own business info
3. Build it
Choose a color palette, fonts, and visual style that fit your brand
Build out every page with your own product or shop photos; add a working contact form so customers can actually reach you
Store your products or services in a simple, editable database, so your site stays accurate without touching any code
4. Ship it live
Publish your site to the internet — a real, working website people can visit
Connect your own domain name; set your site up to be found on Google from day one
Check and fix how it looks on mobile, so it works everywhere your customers are
5. Keep it yours

Hi! This is Qiao 👋
I started out like a lot of you: running a small business on my own, building the website, doing the socials, handling everything myself.
Last year I started using Claude to automate that work, and began sharing how in bilingual (CN/EN) tutorials on socials like RedNote and YouTube. They've since reached 350k views and 8k followers, and helped 200+ small business owners get started.
I also host AI events and hackathons here in Singapore, and lead business panels with companies like ByteDance, Google, and Alibaba.
My goal is simple: help non-technical people use AI to work smarter. I'll be with you the whole way, and you'll leave with a working website — not just a page of notes 🙌
