As co-founder of Four Pillars Gin, Matt helped scale a small craft distillery in Victoria's Yarra Valley into the world's most awarded gin producer, named International Gin Producer of the Year three times and reaching a profitable exit a decade after launching with 400 crowdfunded bottles.
