Space Florida and Seraphim, the world’s leading SpaceTech investor, have launched a new program to accelerate SpaceTech growth in Florida. The initiative supports selected startups with investment readiness, commercialisation support, and access to global SpaceTech networks, while also building a stronger pipeline between Florida-based innovation and the wider investment community.
About This Event
This session is aimed at the broader investor network looking to understand emerging opportunities in Florida’s SpaceTech sector. The space sector is growing quickly as launch costs fall, new commercial applications emerge, and demand for space-enabled data and services expands. With the global space economy heading toward trillion-dollar scale, investor participation is increasing, and Florida is well positioned to play a central role.
The Investor Lunch & Forum brings together VCs, family offices, and finance leaders for an engaging, high-impact discussion on space as a Florida investment opportunity. The discussions will highlight where capital is being deployed across areas such as launch, satellites, defense, data, and enabling technologies, what’s driving returns today, and how investors are positioning themselves as the space ecosystem matures. We will also capture some of the key issues that are presently blockers for the investment ecosystem and, as a group, look to discuss and capture recommendations to present back to the Department of Commerce.
