Weavii Matchmaking: Where Creativity Meets Opportunity
Weavii Matchmaking: Where Creativity Meets Opportunity
Date: November 4th, from 6:30 PM
Location: Workish, Berlin
Hosted by: Weavii
Speakers: Fabio Muroni, Dalila Cataldi, David Hanley
About the Event
Why do so many creative collaborations start with excitement and end with frustration? Can commercial collaborations fuel creativity, or do they compromise it? How can artists protect their rights without losing opportunities? How can businesses respect artistic freedom while meeting their commercial goals? Could Berlin become a model for fair creative collaboration?
After years of experience and research on how we can provide more paid opportunities to artists by facilitating and simplifying artists-businesses collaboration, we want to show you through this event how finding the right matches for the right creative projects and having external protection and guidance can be a game-changer both for artists and professionals involved.
That’s why we want our pilot event to be a matchmaking event: in order to bring our online platform to life in an offline format, connecting artists and professionals through curated conversations, performances, and creative matchmaking exercises.
Our goal is simple: to bridge the gap between art and business by creating a space where collaboration, transparency, and fair opportunities can thrive.
