• ​What’s an ETF? How index tracking works and why ETFs are a powerful beginner move.

• ​Based your time horizon, what type of diversification strategy makes the most sense

• ​Live Walkthrough with an example S&P 500 Index ETF:

  • ​Explain ticker, index & objective (what the fund mirrors)

  • ​Understand fund details like MER (fees), performance windows (1/3/5/10-yr, since inception) and how to read them without spiraling

  • ​Holdings, sector & geographic exposure (what diversification actually looks like)

  • ​Distributions/yield & risk rating (what’s realistic—and what’s not)

  • ​And more!!

• ​You’ll get a printed fund details sheet, and you'll ACTUALLY get to apply what you learn in the session based on your investment goals

​Breakout Room Activity (hands-on)
You’ll team up to analyze a handful of additional ETF fund detail sheets (from major Canadian issuers!), and be equipped to hit your first $1000 and soon, your first $100K.

​Is this only for women?
Yes—women and women-identifying folks only. HDI is intentionally built as a safe space for us to learn and lead together.

​Do I need any investing experience?
Nope. Total beginners are welcome. We’ll teach you how to read fund pages step-by-step.

​Do I need a brokerage account?
Not required for this workshop. If you have one, great; if not, you’ll still get massive value.

​What’s included with my ticket?
Admission to the workshop, printed fund detail sheets, breathwork session, breakout activity, raffle entry (bonus entries based on tier), light refreshments and snacks. VIP Journal is included for Early Bird tickets (first 50).

​What’s the refund policy?
All tickets are non-refundable. Please double-check your schedule before purchasing.

​How do VIP bags work?
You must be physically present at the event to receive a VIP bag. We don’t ship or hold bags post-event. Bags are distributed in-person only, while supplies last.
