Francisco Carreño is the President of Constructora Solidus, a real estate development firm focused on the high-end market in the Laureles-Estadio Comuna of Medellin.  The firm builds apartments of the highest quality, in the best locations, which in turn offer exceptional quality of life for its residents.  Mr. Carreño has over 18 years of experience, primarily working for some of the leading real estate private equity firms in New York City.  His experience extends among all the main asset types including multifamily, office, industrial, retail, and hospitality.  He is a graduate of the Real Estate Management Program for Executives at Harvard Business School and received his Masters in Real Estate Finance and Investment at New York University.
