​If you're a builder, you know it gets isolating. The work fills the day, exercise is what you skip, and the people around you aren't in the same grind.

​Ship and Run is a Friday morning run club for founders, builders, and operators, and the investors who back them. We meet up, run (or walk) a few miles along Hoboken's waterfront, then grab coffee and hang out. That's the whole thing.
