Join us for a special Valentine’s Day edition of Unlatched, a captivating dinner-performance by a fellow member Roza Pogosian, dedicated to the stories of water — its past, present, and afirmatons for the future.
This immersive evening invites you to explore the deep and fluid connection between water and love — both forces of creation, transformation, and boundless connection. Blending real and mythical narratives, the performance flows through the histories of oceans, rivers, and civilizations, tracing humanity’s enduring bond with this elemental force. Like love, water transcends boundaries, offering life, memory, and renewal.
Central to the experience is a six-course dinner designed by Luca Meneghini, inspired by different states of water and the local environment. Luca worked at SOHO House in Amsterdam and other iconic restaurants in Italy, New Zealand, and Ireland. The chef is passionate about finding the most extraordinary taste combinations and visual harmony. He works with infusion and reflexive cooking. His approach reflects a pursuit of sustainable and intriguing cooking, where every detail carries its own significance.

Her work explores the deep connection between humans and other beings, blurring the line between art and the organic. When she’s not performing or creating, you’ll find her wandering museums or seeking inspiration in the wild.
Dasha is a brand marketeer passionate about creating meaningful experiences. Originally from Belarus and now based in Amsterdam, she finds joy in travel, music, and exploring new ideas. With a background in global beauty, health, and sustainability brands, she now builds digital ventures that improve pets’ lives. An experienced Burner, she thrives on meeting like-minded people and embracing new adventures. Living in Amsterdam with her husband, Zhenya, and their cat, Elvin, she enjoys the balance of city life and nature, always seeking connections that inspire curiosity and growth.
