Noam Krantz is the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Guardant Health, where he oversees the company’s mergers and acquisitions, licensing, and investment strategies. He leads long-range planning for the organization and has extensive experience in medtech business development. Before Guardant Health, Noam held key roles at Johnson & Johnson, including at Ethicon Inc. and J&J Development Corp., and was part of Johnson & Johnson's medtech deal committee. He also led corporate development and investor relations at Mentor Corporation and Inamed Corporation, both acquired by major health companies.
Sooin Kwon is Chief Business Officer at Lakefront Biotherapeutics. She joined the company in August 2025. Prior to Lakefront, she was a Partner at MTS Health Partners, where she advised on financing and strategic transactions for biotech and pharmaceutical companies. Earlier, she held senior roles at Banc of America Securities, Merlin Biomed, UBS, and Equinox Group.

o Daisy Cai is a General Partner at B Capital investing across the US and Asia. At B Capital, she has invested in and serves on the board of companies such as Reflection AI, EvenUp Law, Apptronik, Writer.ai, Profound Bio (acquired by Genmab in 2024), GeekPlus (IPOed in July 2025), Kaon (FlowGPT), Tacta System, Insilico medicine, RONA Therapeutics, and GRIT biotechnology etc. Daisy is an alumna of CBS.
Dr. Kiersten Stead
o Kiersten is a co-founder of DCVC Bio and a scientist-investor dedicated to building deep-tech platforms in the life sciences. She partners closely with entrepreneurs — often at the very beginning — to help launch companies on solid scientific and strategic foundations and then supports them as they grow through each stage of development.
o Kiersten has been investing since 2011. Before joining DCVC Bio, she worked as a scientist and co-founded several life-science companies over the course of her career. She currently serves on multiple company boards and contributes to the broader scientific community as a director of nonprofit organizations such as Keystone Symposia.
