​Build with Gemma: Hyderabad 🚀

​Join a one-day, in-person hackathon where students, developers, and engineers build real-world AI applications using Google DeepMind's Gemma 4 to solve meaningful challenges in Hyderabad.

​Unlike traditional leaderboard competitions, you'll design, build, and demo a functional Gemma-powered application in a single day. Every team will submit their project as a Kaggle Writeup for evaluation by expert judges.

​🏆 Hackathon Tracks

• ​Gemma for Hyderabad City Life – Build AI solutions for traffic, public safety, public transport, civic services, and other urban challenges.

• ​Telugu First – Create Gemma applications that improve communication, accessibility, education, or content creation for Telugu speakers.

• ​Build Your First Gemma App – An open track for any creative Gemma 4 application. No prior ML experience is required.

​📅 Event Schedule

• ​Morning: Welcome, kickoff, and resource briefing

• ​Day: Hacking with mentor support

• ​Evening: Project demos, judging, and showcase

​🏅 Prizes: After judging is completed, the Kaggle team will manage the official prize payouts and distribute rewards directly to the winning teams.
