​a soft afternoon of reconnecting with ourselves through grounding, reflection and collage making ✨

​together we’ll begin with a gentle grounding / EFT tapping session led by maansi jain, reflect a little, and create a collage of our grounded self, what makes us feel calm, connected, safe and most like ourselves

​bring old magazines, newspapers, prints or images that inspire you as we create a visual world of our own that makes us feel calm, connected, safe and like ourselves again.

​no art experience needed. no pressure. just creativity, community and grass 💛

​We will meet at the entry of Treptower Park by the station at 4pm and then sit somewhere green next to the water!
