We are thrilled to be co-hosting the first ever Founders Fest Dec 10-11! Leading up to the event, we are also hosting a founder-only event in partnership with Kwameena Aidoo of Corridor Ventures on Monday, Dec. 9 to network and dig into some problem solving around issues founders may be facing for their business.
Get an hour of crowdsourced strategy with an investor and other founders!
In preparation for the event, please submit a real challenge you are facing with your business by completing this form by Dec 5th EOD. Examples of a challenge could be:
"I'm rethinking how I price my product. How do I identify the right pricing model for me?"
"I'm not seeing the results of my go to market efforts that I want. I need help understanding why my offering is not resonating with my target users, and how to adapt."
"I'm ready to scale beyond my niche beachhead market into a broader market. How do I scale without losing focus?"
"I need to grow my team, but I'm not sure what and how I need to start delegating."
"I have a long list of features I want to build. How do I prioritize based on user feedback?"
I hope you get the idea that could be anything related to your business you could use some outside perspective to work through. The more details you can share to give context, the better. Kwam will choose one challenge to whiteboard through with the group at the event. Submit your challenge for a chance to crowdsource support and ideas with Kwam!
